15. Browse these folders: "SOFTWARE/VOCALOID2/DATABASE/VOICE"圣城ACGN学院|未来世界|初音ミク中国原创联盟|初音ミク中文推广站|SC9985|MikumikuCN|初音MIKU|初音未来|原创动漫|漫画|游戏|游小说! x8 ~( F0 ]& }3 @1 ^ r" d
16. There should be at least two folders in here that are all a bunch of letters and numbers. (If you click once on each, you can see which voice database they are. It's shown across from the "NAME" entry.)

19. Set the "Value data:" to 2 no matter what number is in there. Then click okay.
