16. There should be at least two folders in here that are all a bunch of letters and numbers. (If you click once on each, you can see which voice database they are. It's shown across from the "NAME" entry.)

18. For each folder, right-click on the word "INSTALLED" and select "Modify...".% @, d: K$ M9 ?8 h U( E- Z, D
19. Set the "Value data:" to 2 no matter what number is in there. Then click okay.% l1 Q4 B( ?; z# {2 r8 \4 T# j/ l
20. If everything went right, you should be able to run your program now.
