12. Hit the windows symbol+"r" and type in "regedit".

14. Close any open folders in the registry until you see the folder titled, "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE".old.ivocaloid.com8 y. \7 U; _# t; G
15. Browse these folders: "SOFTWARE/VOCALOID2/DATABASE/VOICE"
' R+ o/ E" K4 x16. There should be at least two folders in here that are all a bunch of letters and numbers. (If you click once on each, you can see which voice database they are. It's shown across from the "NAME" entry.)

19. Set the "Value data:" to 2 no matter what number is in there. Then click okay.7 c+ \, W- O2 C, x6 f% Z
20. If everything went right, you should be able to run your program now.
